Thanks to the acquisition of Luxelec S.A. at the start of 1995 by the KÖHL Group, one of the leading suppliers of electrical installations, electronic systems for programme-controlled production processes and special solutions for mechanical engineering and motor construction applications, the Group has now expanded its market share in Luxembourg. The long-standing experience of our team of staff in the fields of medium voltage switching stations, low voltage switching stations and security and communications systems are in demand far beyond the borders of Luxembourg.

The quality awareness of the Luxembourg market has provided Luxelec S.A. with the opportunity to prove its competence. Banks, municipal authorities, industrial plants and government agencies etc. in Luxembourg are among the regular customers.

Ever since our company was originally founded, we have been driven by a desire to be a competent partner for our customers. Thanks to a policy of controlled expansion and the long-term entrepreneurial vision of owner Wilfried Köhl, who started the company as a "one-man-band"  in 1971, the KÖHL Group has now reached a leading market position.
